Can I customize a house plan I purchase?
Yes! All our house plans are fully customizable. After purchasing a plan, you’ll receive editable CAD files (or PDFs with markup options), allowing adjustments to room sizes, layouts, materials, and finishes. Our team of architects is also available for guided modifications at an additional consultation fee. Whether you need to add a bedroom or adapt the design for sloped terrain, we’ll help tailor it to your needs.
Can I use the same plan for multiple construction projects?
Each house plan purchase grants a single-build license, meaning it’s intended for one home on one property. If you wish to build the same design more than once (e.g., for rental units or family members), you must purchase an additional license or upgrade to a multi-use package. Resale or redistribution of plans is strictly prohibited under copyright law.
How soon will I receive my house plan after purchase?
You’ll receive immediate digital access to your house plan upon successful payment. The package includes high-resolution floor plans, elevations, sections, and foundation details in both PDF and CAD (DWG) formats. If requested, we can also provide 3D renders or material specifications. Downloads are available directly from your account dashboard.
Are the house plans compliant with Kenyan building codes and NCA regulations?
Yes. All our architectural designs are created in accordance with Kenya’s National Construction Authority (NCA) standards, local county planning requirements, and national building codes. We incorporate proper setbacks, ventilation, structural safety, and accessibility guidelines. However, final approval is subject to your local municipal authority, and we recommend submitting our stamped drawings during your permit application process.
Do you provide project management services after I buy a plan?
Yes! We offer end-to-end project management from groundbreaking to completion. Our services include contractor coordination, quality inspections, timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and monthly progress reporting.
