The client requested a workplace that felt genuinely different from standard office fit-outs. The brief was to preserve the existing warehouse frame and intervene only where necessary.
Inserted pods of blackened steel house meeting rooms, leaving the main floor open. Polished concrete floors and high clerestory windows complete the palette.
