Villa Allegra was conceived as a home that erases the boundary between inside and outside. Every primary living space faces the private garden, and the circulation spine is a gallery of curated views.
The structure uses locally sourced stone for the base and a warm-toned render above, anchoring the building to its hillside site while keeping the form light and open.
Passive cross-ventilation and deep roof overhangs reduce mechanical cooling loads by more than 40%, while a rooftop photovoltaic array covers the household's full energy demand.
